With the Phone and Pay parking app you can now pay for your parking and even extend your stay on the go without returning to your vehicle – making your life much easier. You can also register to use the service and view your parking history, useful if you need a reminder of parking location numbers! Would not register me as already had car reg via phone call. Can not log in without registering. Hopeless
1 star and that is being generous. Do not touch with a bargepole.
Took ages to get the app to accept my debit card. Never heard of this one before. Seemed to take my payment, but now received a PCN! REALLY HACKED OFF. I was taking an old hifi to a buyer for £10 at a private address in Walthamstow, but returned with it cos he didn't have the money. No sale and now a PCN to appeal!
I have tried time and time again to use this app. I couldn't remember my password so I requested an access code. The code was long and complex and definitely not memorable while standing in the cold in a parking lot. When I got home I tried again. Every time I requested the code, I could not go back to put the code in without having to request the code yest again. These apps are supposed to be user friendly and easy to access when needing to park.
App doesn't work
Poor app, difficult to use, too long to set up.
Absolutely rubbish. Worst parking app I've ever used. System seems to be designed to screw people over. Phoning doesn't work, can't register on the app, not going to attempt paying by text. It's a con
Worthless app. Tried ringing up and it just puts you on hold and hangs up on you. Tried registering. Constantly giving me error messages.
Crash, crash,crash,crash and again crash
Useless app. Gave up trying to register an account in the app, just get the message "Error: Something went wrong. Please try again later.". Gave up and found somewhere else to park.
